2021-11-12 3:45 AM EST: We became aware that there are more errors than usual when our CDN needs to retrieve VOD segments from storage. Our storage provider is rolling out security patches to remedy a very severe vulnerability in the log4j library. It is likely that the error rate will remain elevated until our storage provider completes this emergency maintenance. Our CDN has the vast majority of requested segments in cache, so the impact of these errors may be minimal. We will continue to monitor.
